Different animals are shown engaging in their favorite outdoor activities. Here's a sample: 'Bunny loves some lettuce, Bunny loves some peas. Bunny loves to hide herself Among the apple trees.' The text of Puppies and Piggies is very basic, the illustrations lively, and the story just the right length to keep the interest of a toddler or preschooler.
