B
enjamin Bear enjoys frolicking in the woods with his animal friends, but sometimes his lack of manners causes problems in his play.
Benjamin Bear Says Please
is the third in a cute series meant to teach manners to toddlers.
B
enjamin just can't seem to remember to say please as he jumps on a friend's sled or shares their snack. With reinforcement from his pals, however, Benjamin is reminded to request permission, and his buddies forgive him in the end.
A
uthor Juliet David has written mostly Bible-based children's books until now; her
Benjamin Bear
books instill morals without being preachy. Steve Smallman's winter illustrations are sweet and seem to speak to Benjamin Bear's
bouncy
personality. This is a great little bedtime story to enjoy this winter!
