A
little girl has trouble falling asleep in her own dark room. So, she gathers her pillows and blanket and follows a breeze upstairs to the roof of her building, where the city lights and moon lull her to sleep.
T
he reader can feel the girl's sense of contentment up on the roof. Sweet in its simplicity, this modern day bedtime story is accompanied by soothing sepia and blue-toned drawings.
I
n the final picture, the little girl is shown sleeping, while her mother is sitting next to her, apparently unable to sleep inside, resting her hand on her daughter and gazing at the night sky.
