I used this little book (the cover shows the Annikin version) to lighten up the situation. It explains how 'Toilets are for people, big and little' and then gets whimsical, saying 'Animals could never use toilets because ...' Read this charming little book to understand why giraffes, elephants, lions, chickens, snakes, seals, porcupines, goats, mice, beavers, sheep and sharks are unable to make use of the facilities. For example, a 'beaver would gather up all the tooth brushes and build a dam.' After all, 'Toilets are meant for big kids like you.'
