Where is Baby's Valentine? is a large board book, full of flaps for little fingers to lift and delightful discoveries to be made, as Baby (a small girl) searches 'for her special valentine', trailed by the curious family cat.

Behind the chair, Baby finds shiny heart-shaped balloons. Under the blanket is a glittery golden, 'cuddly teddy bear' (holding a heart). Behind the lamp are bright red flowers. Under the pillow is a box of Valentine chocolates, and in the cupboard are pink, heart-shaped cookies. Finally she finds her Valentine, in her own room, along with the special person she made it for.

This is the sort of book little girls will return to again and again, opening the flaps with anticipation, eyes lighting up as each Valentine's treasure is revealed, and joyful over the heartwarming ending.
