W
ill met Squill and Squill met Will when they were little - and, despite all their mothers tried to do to keep them apart, '
Squill wanted Will / and Will wanted Squill.
' The only odd thing about this, of course, is that Will is a little boy. and Squill is a squirrel.
W
ill took his first steps with Squill and Squill had his first swim with Will. They grew together and swung together and jumped together and tried things - like
squilletti
and
wilkshake
- together. Then one day, Will's parents give him a kitten. When Will plays with her, Squill is jealous and Will sends him away. But the kitten turns out to be not nearly as much fun as Will's oldest friend.
T
hey miss each other, say sorry, and get back together (the kitten finds a home too) in this tale about the strength of even the most unlikely friendship.
Will and Squill
is a
squilly
story with a punny ending - '
where there's a Squill / there's a Will, / and it was better that way.
