n this fun book, a little girl is throwing a pig a party, which causes the pig to ask for balloons and to decorate. As is the usual case, one thing leads to another, then another, then another. Somehow the pig and all her friends end up at an amusement park, then play a game of hide and seek, end up having a slumber party, and then a pillow fight. When the pig decides to make a fortress out of blankets, she wants to decorate it, asks for some balloons, which, of course, will remind her that she would like a party to go with it. And thus, the cycle is complete.
T
here is not much to differentiate this one from the others, but it is a nice addition to the series. All of these books are sure to become modern day classics for today's children. Felicia Bond's distinctive drawings remain true to the original, while the animals' expressions are sure to delight any young child.
