Its stars include Todd and Sophie, Benny the dog, and Mitzi the cat. It has pop-ups, tabs to pull, flaps to lift, wheels to turn, textures to feel, and items to find. Each pair of pages has a scene on the left with four related activity windows on the right. The book begins, 'Todd likes painting colors / and wearing underpants on his head. / Benny likes big bones, / loud drums, and his soft bed' - pulling a tab on one of the windows shows how Benny plays his drums, while the other three relate to underwear, a sketch pad and a sleeping bag. Small readers will enjoy pressing the soft, cushioned balloons on the front cover, stroking Mitzi the cat, and discovering everything they can do with this ToddWorld activity book. Todd Parr ends with all his characters at an amusement park, reminding us that 'one thing we all like is friends - they make our world go round!'
