ids love to explore detail in pictures and there's a delightful variety here, in content and style. It begins, '

tapestry. The unicorn has one horn and on the next couple of pages we find the number one beside four other works of art that represent '1' of something. So it continues from 1 to 10 ('

I
love the two charging Indian elephants, five trapeze artists, eight vases in an Egyptian tomb painting, and ten fingers and thumbs in a study of a child's hand holding a doll. There is a Degas, a Monet, a Cézanne, art from India, China, Egypt, Japan, Iran and Taiwan. It's colorful and elegant and totally fascinating. Enjoy exploring
