In the meantime, they've magicked up an 'astral drop' that looks and behaves just like their friend, so that her family will not be worried. In addition to saving her kidnapped friend (and the world) Irma has to cope with a crush from goofy Martin, and deal retribution to her pesky brother. Seeking a dormouse-sitter, Will turns into an 'itch-monster'. The heroines' journey through the portal to Metamoor has a shrinking side effect, the astral drops they left behind do some things differently, the girls encounter their monstrous math teacher again, and the bad guys learn that 'playing with fire' is dangerous. It's another engaging mix of superhero action and the angst of everyday life for the five young W.I.T.C.H. heroines, enlivened by the usual colorful comic inserts. Don't miss this cute series.
