He applies, gets an interview, and opts for a professional look. He decides to walk in - and gets lost! Though very nervous, he gets the job. But Duck doesn't enjoy facts and figures, so he quits. He tries all over again, but this time Duck looks for a job that suits his skills ('Quacking, Drawing, Being Waterproof') and creative interests. This one makes him happy. The illustrations are cute and Duck Gets a Job shares some good notions of persistence, being true to yourself, and following your dreams.
