, has no words, just intriguing images and adventures to share with its young heroine, who starts by fearing the bee who invades her apartment space, but continues to befriend it.

he obviously lives in a big city and is at rather a loss in dealing with this little creature. So she reads about bees and nurtures the one who has come to share her life. And a lonely boy in the same building watches this unfold as well.

s the girl cares for the bee and feeds it, it grows, and grows - and grows. Soon, it longs for more natural surroundings. So, they plan their journey, fly out of the city together, and share a bee's work of helping plants grow.

s the seasons change, the bee must leave, but now the boy makes a new friend.
Bee & Me
is sweet and simple - peruse it together and talk about bees' importance to our natural world.
