Everyone gets to go camping near an extinct volcano. At camp, the friends meet a new chum who has a pet cricket. The cricket soon becomes a new buddy for Anders' pet beetle, Skip. Uh oh! One day the volcano starts to rumble to life. What are Anders, Eden, and Bernie to do? Everyone is scared. They have to do something, but what? Your young reader will be engaged as the drama unfolds while the crew face their fears, discover their courage, and reinforce the bonds of friendship.
