H
ere's an intriguing picture book narrator - a big-eyed triangle! He lives in what looks like a wigwam (triangular of course) and plans to play a trick on Square.
H
e encounters '
shapes with no names
' before he arrives '
where there were squares
' of all sizes. He does play his sneaky trick, but then Square plays one too. The book ends on a question for the reader.
T
his quirky, nicely illustrated tale introduces young readers (kindergarten and up) to the concept of shapes - in particular the triangle and the square.
