ike most toddlers, my granddaughter, Brynn, loves stickers but they usually end up where her mother doesn't want them on the furniture, walls or even the cat!
T
hat's what makes this book so nice. The over 150 stickers it comes with are to be used on the pages included. In fact, because they are glossy the pages make it easy for the child to peel the stickers off and reuse them in other arrangements.
T
he pages include a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, attic and greenhouse. Using the stickers, the child can decorate each room, plus there are flip-up tabs providing places for special items.
T
he stickers can be removed from the book and mom or dad can parcel them out in small quantities rather than all at once. Now the only trick is to make sure the stickers remain in the book and not attached to things around the home.
T
he recommended age for this book is five and older and that's probably about the right time to give it to a child. At this age not only will the stickers be used as intended but they won't end up in the youngster's mouth either (they do present a choking hazard!). Since my granddaughter's kitten loves eating stickers for some strange reason, it might be a good idea to make sure they do remain in the book and off the floor!
