f you are trying to teach young children about marine animals and the ocean food chain, how do you do so without creating nightmares for the little ones? Well, one way would be to use this well designed picture book that uses large, colorful illustrations of various types of fish to explain how the food chain works.
T
he rhythmic narrative is simple yet gets the point across without too much detail that could be upsetting. At the back of the book are some learning activities that expand the topic and will engage older readers.
