Dinosaur vs. Mommy    by Bob Shea Order:  USA  Can Hyperion, 2015 (2015) Hardcover    Reviewed by Bob Walch As the featured little dinosaur roars his way through this picture book, he is quite a handful for his mom. From stuffing his toys in the toilet to messing up all the folded laundry, the little guy makes his mother's day a bit too trying but that's what toddlers sometimes do. Although this is supposed to be cute, I think some parents would rather NOT have their preschoolers see this type of behavior even in a picture book. If you have ever had to fish a stuffed toy and other items out of the john, you know that's not something you relish doing more than once! I'll pass on sending this picture book to my granddaughter ... she is active enough without getting new ideas from this little dinosaur about making her mom's day even more interesting than it already is!
