rs. Hartwell is about to embark on a field trip to the zoo with her students. She has a list of

and we'll see how many of them work well on this class outing.

he fun begins before the children even get out of the classroom and it escalates on the bus ride to the zoo. Once they are onsite it will be hard to determine who has the most fun ... the children gazing at the animals or the animals watching the children as they move from one zoo display to another.

he illustrations that chart each step of the trip are excellent and quite humorous, which means this is a high interest picture book that will appeal to all youngsters (especially reluctant readers).
O
nce back at school, Mrs. Hartwell gives a big sigh of relief and the children fill out their observation sheets that describe the memorable things they saw and learned.

his series has been very popular and
Field-Trip Fiasco
will be a big hit with children who enjoyed the previous titles as well with youngsters new to the antics of Mrs. Hartwell's students.
