The author has devised a series of projects that will hold the reader's attention and also get him or her to focus on learning some challenging material. The sections in this well illustrated, easy to fathom paperback include geometry, algebra, trigonometry, calculus and the fundamentals of numbers and arithmetic. The youngster will come away understanding square roots and exponents, division and multiplication with mixed fractions, algebra variables and functions and a host of other concepts. When children encounter problems with math it can be a frustrating situation for parents because many adults are not comfortable with math either. Let this book help you get your child over the rough spots in his/her math training.
