'It's Fashion Week in Paris! All the top designers are busy preparing for their shows. And Minnie has been invited to go, too!'

Why has Minnie been invited? Why, to display her signature bows! She has designed a series of fashionable bows, squeezed them into a big suitcase and is on her way.

Unfortunately, at the airport in Paris her suitcase is switched with that of penguin the Magnificent and Minnie finds she now has a suitcase full of rabbits rather than bows. And then the bunnies escape!

Now a frantic search ensues through Paris to locate the missing bunnies. The chase goes from the Seine and Arc de Triomphe to Notre Dame Cathedral and The Louvre. Once all the bunnies are corralled, Minnie begins making a whole new batch of ribbons. Of course, she finishes just in time for the fashion show, where her bows are a big hit.

You'll get a nice introduction to some of the sights and sounds of Paris as Minnie chases the wayward bunnies and that's really what the author probably intended. The fashion show and Minnie's accessories seem to really be an afterthought but that's not a major problem.

If your child is a Disney fan she won't question the logic of this story. It's the familiar cartoon character that is the star of this show!
