I
love this series of little accordion books that fold out to show scenes of cities, museums and other venues. This one offers an armchair traveler's quick tour of the most famous in Paris.
C
heck out the map and then visit the Louvre Pyramid, the Venus de Milo, the Marly Horses, Salle des Caryatides, the Winged Human-Headed Bulls, Mona Lisa, Winged Victory and many other works of art. Each pop-out features a short, descriptive paragraph about what you are viewing and once this is fully spread out it makes a nice room display.
T
eachers will find this a great resource for introducing a unit on Paris, art or the Louvre. The fold out comes with a sturdy case that makes storage easy. Check into the entire series; it is a fun way to see the world without leaving home.
