onny Duddle offers a prehistoric version of the classic
Boy Who Cried Wolf
tale in this humorous picture book about a group of young dinosaurs who go out to play, but must avoid any encounter with the scary Gigantosaurus.
E
veryone knows that the Gigantosaurus is fierce and wild.
'
His feet go STOMP!
His jaws go CRUNCH!
In the blink of an eye.
You'd be his LUNCH!
'
B
onehead, one of the group, offers to be a lookout for the other dinos so that they won't be surprised by the feared Gigantosurus. Of course Bonehead thinks it would be funny to pretend their enemy is about to devour them and he says, a number of times, '
Quick! RUN and HIDE!
'
O
f course, the threat is another dinosaur but not Gigantosaurus. After a number of false alarms you know what happens. Gigantosaurus arrives for real and it will take a fold out page to show you how large he really is. What happens next I'll leave to your own imagination - or you can just get a copy of this humorous picture book to see how Bonehead and his friends cope with one supersized dinosaur.
A
s a bonus, you'll find a full poster fold out on the back of the cover jacket, so have fun reading
Gigantosaurus
