hey're presented upside down and sidewise. Some of the poems in this collection are quite short while others may stretch to a second page.

Man in the Moon

'), people who lie ('
I'm a professional liar, which means I tell lies for a living
'), and eating salad to monkeys, wrapped gifts and little sisters ('
She cries, she poops, she spits up stuff. She's messy as can be.

A
lthough intended for a young audience (2 to 4 year olds), I think older children and many adults will chuckle a bit when they page through this book. There are over 100 poems here so it shouldn't be that difficult to find something that tickles your fancy.

nd if the poetry doesn't put a smile on your face, surely the illustrations that accompany it will. How can you also not like a book that begins like this:
'
Welcome to my humble book.
Turn a page and take a look.
I hope you choose to stay awhile,
read a poem, relax, and smile.
But if you find this book a bore,
can't stand to read it anymore,
and tell the world my book is lame,
do me a favor? Forget my name.
'
