In it, three hungry cats devise a plan to satisfy their craving for a big fish dinner, by kidnapping a cute little penguin from the zoo. The penguin outsmarts them and enjoys a nice fish dinner himself. Sammy tells us that 'Poorly behaved cats give kitties a bad name ...'
