fter you learn some general information about bear behavior and physical traits, you'll find pages devoted to the polar bear, brown bear, North American black bear, spectacled bear, Asiatic black bear, sloth bear, giant panda and the sun bear. There's also a world map showing where these different bears live and a Habitat Glossary.

ou'll learn all sorts of interesting facts about bears, such as the fact that brown bears will roam in a 1,000 square miles area, and the favorite food of a spectacled bear (who often lives in foggy, humid cloud forests at high elevations) is the bromeliad.
