oung readers are invited to explore the garden in this interactive book featuring a series of unique transparent pages. Using the special magnifying glass included with the book, it is time to get
up close and personal
with all the interesting things that this small plot of land holds.
Y
ou'll see the garden has a wall around it so you'll have to venture through the gate to explore this magical world of animals and bugs. The first thing you'll discover is a bee. After seeing the bee extract honey from flowers you'll move on to a big spider and a red ladybug.
O
ther encounters follow with a swallowtail butterfly, little blue tit bird and a mole. Finally, you'll discover an illustrated list of other birds, insects and animals that call this garden home.
A
lthough there's a little information about each featured animal/insect, don't expect a lot of depth with these descriptions. Also, there's virtually nothing here about the plants you'll find in the garden – this is more about fauna than flora in the great outdoors!
