ot only do birds and some animals love nibbling on various types of seeds but humans do also. Various nuts, beans, grains and spices are all seeds that are also part of our everyday diet. As your child pages through this picture book with large photos of various types of edible seeds, he or she will be amazed at just how many seeds find their way to the dinner table.

The spice rack is full too with cumin, vanilla, mustard, cardamom, carob, and coriander.
