From top to bottom and all the moving parts in between, these children are bent on singing the praises of eyes and ears, legs and knees, and even the parts that we don't normally leave uncovered! 'I love you, forehead, love you, temples. I love you, cheeks, I love you dimples. I love you, ears. I love you, chin. I love you, freckles, love you, skin.' Ok, as you no doubt gather, this text isn't terribly original or inspiring. But, if you want to teach a young child the names of his or her basic body parts, this is as good a book to use as any. So ... 'Good night, eyelids. Good night, nose. Good night, fingers. Good night, toes.' And now, once you've finished, it's lights out!
