'It was spring in the meadow and the wee little bunny was all brand-new.' With all the new flowers and fresh grass, Little Bunny wanted to go exploring, so off he hopped. First he chases a dragonfly and then he meets a chipmunk. Little Bunny tells his new friend to chase him. 'Settle down, now!' says a porcupine they almost run into. 'Sorry, sir!' replies Little Bunny. With his day's adventures at an end, Little Bunny hops home through the sweet smelling clover. And, when he gets home, it is time to share with his Mama all the fun things he saw and the wonderful experiences he had. Your little one will have fun turning the pages and looking at the pictures as you read aloud this story about Little Bunny's very active day.
