Not only is this little book a perfect souvenir to remember a visit to Dublin but teachers and parents home schooling their children will also find it a valuable educational tool.

This accordion-foldout novelty will sit nicely on a table and can be viewed from both sides. The attractions it features includes Phoenix Park, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Dublin Castle, the Gaiety Theatre, government buildings along Merrion Street, Merrion Square, the Molly Malone Statue, Trinity College, the Ha'Penny Bridge, the Eason Bookshop, Central Post Office, Custom House, and Christ Church Cathedral.

Each of the featured sites is accompanied by a descriptive paragraph that tells something about the place. For example, you'll learn that St. Patrick's Cathedral was built in 1220, is the largest church in the country, and that author Jonathan Swift was dean of the church from 1713 to 1745.

For easy and safe storage, the cityscape can be folded up and placed in the handy box it comes in. There are other keepsake cityscapes available of London and New York, so you might wish to begin collecting what promises to be a very interesting series.
