You'll find the Golden Gate Bridge, cable cars, redwood trees, lush, purple grape clusters and an array of surfboards in this sturdy picture book.

here is no text but, of course, you'll find things to count. Your child will be asked to count two beach balls, three bears (the state's mascot), seven windmills and the nine letters of the iconic
Hollywood
hillside sign.

right, vibrant colors and bold, sharp graphics make each page quite eye appealing and an extra bonus is that the pages are coated so they can be easily washed off if sticky fingers are a problem.

ou'll also find that at the back of the book there is a short description of each illustration in both English and Spanish.
