The problem is she doesn't want anything too scary, but she also doesn't want it to be bulky, glittery, jangly or flouncy. Lily certainly doesn't want it to be too clumsy either. You'll follow along as the little girl tries dressing up like a ghost, cardboard pumpkin, ballerina, gypsy, princess, and robot. Now it may look like Lily may not have any costume to wear on the big night, but she will fool you. When you get to the end of the picture book there's a special fold out page that, when you open it, will show you exactly what this creative youngster came up with. A charming companion to the first book in this new series, Valentine Surprise, you'll find this an amusing story about a little girl who has a definite creative knack.
