oin a young girl and her mother as they spend a day seeing the sights of London, England. After seeing Big Ben from their red, double deck bus, the pair walk through St, James Park and over to Buckingham Palace to see the Changing of the Guard.

hen they head for Trafalgar Square on their way to having lunch in a Covent Garden restaurant. In the afternoon the mother and child walk through Westminster, take a quick tour of St. Paul's Cathedral and then the Bank of England, and then visit the Tower of England where they view the Crown Jewels.

ired of walking, the two then board a ferry which takes them back to their starting point where they will catch a bus that will take them home.

his would be an ideal book to use to prepare a youngster for a trip to London. Besides offering an overview of the important tourist sites you'll be visiting, it offers some interesting tidbits about the history and culture of the city.
