I
love to ask my mother questions. For example, in this picture book I ask her '
Did you push me in a carriage when I was a baby?
' Mom replied that she took me to the playground, pushed me on the swings, dressed and fed me, and gave me bubble baths in the kitchen sink.
'
When you were a baby, I did lots of things for you,
' she said. '
Now you can do them on your own.
'
M
om's right, of course. I can tie my own shoes, pick out my own clothes, take a shower alone and I can even read my own bedtime story. I am growing up!
B
ut then I stopped for a second. '
Will you still take care of me when I'm big?
' I asked my Mom.
I
bet you wonder what she answered. Well, you just have to read this cool book to find out. You'll see pictures of me and my Mom doing all sorts of neat things too.
Y
ou know, after reading my book I think you will agree with me that moms are pretty special people. We have to remember to tell them that from time to time, though, so they know we never forget how much we appreciate them!
