ometimes a lazy day calls for dreamy reading.

is a perfect portrait of the unencumbered world of childhood pastimes. The reader follows the little girl on her journey as she swings on a swing into a world of color and imagination.

implicity is the key element - spare words, simple concepts, a leisurely pace.

and get lost in blue.
I rise, I fall
In purple and gray.
I whisper, I hum,
And I find my way.

ot a lot happens in this book, and that is precisely the point. It is an enjoyable read and may prompt a day of forgotten childhood pleasures.
