Why you'll uncover a small kitten, a green turtle, a bowl of gold fish, a hungry bunny, a brown squirrel and, yes, finally a little puppy. These familiar animals and Karen Katz's signature, vibrant, patterned, color illustrations make this a very appealing picture book for toddlers who will love discovering the surprises hidden behind each flap. As you read this book aloud practice identifying the animals and household pets pictured. Ask 'Where's the bunny?' or 'Where's the kitty?'
