t is Valentine's day and Cupid (a little Dalmatian in red shorts) is determined to hit Tucker with one of his arrows. If he succeeds, the little white dog could fall in love with Cupcake, one of his friends, or some other canine.
B
ut poor Cupid is in for a very long day because Tucker is a very active puppy. As he launches one arrow after another, Cupid discovers they all miss their mark. Try as he might, Cupid can't manage to hit Tucker and soon poor Cupid is all tuckered out!
W
hile an exhausted Cupid collects his misspent arrows for another try next year, Tucker scampers home where he finds a special Valentine's Day treat awaiting him from his owner. The little dog hasn't been hit by any of Cupid's arrows but that doesn't mean that there isn't someone he loves or who loves him in return.
A
popular pooch with the preschooler set, Tucker has a number of adventures in print but this is one of his most entertaining. Your child will insist on hearing this story over and over again.
