his unique twist on an

book kept my first-grader and I busy for more than an hour. After we located all the suggested objects on each page, we took turns trying to stump each other with a challenge to find an image among a sea of other pictures.

ach of the seven busy scenes is themed with
robots

carnivals

under-the-sea

things that go
, and the like. There are cut-out
peepholes
on each page, giving a sneak peek of certain objects, hidden in plain sight:

hen, when you turn the page, there are other instructions:

nd just when you think you've mastered it all, the end of the book challenges you to go back and find certain numbers of objects sprinkled throughout the book, such as

will provide tons of endless fun to young children, and will help them with focusing skills. In addition, the book contains fairly easy words for beginning readers, which will give them a sense of pride to go along with their detective skills.
