You may have read about my adventures with my owner, Brownie. In this picture book you can come along with us as we go out in the snow to visit some stores. Everyone loves to shop and Brownie and I certainly like looking at neat things like hats and shoes. The first place we visit is a hat shop where Brownie tries on a big, floppy, green hat with a bird on it. I slip on a man's hat, but it falls down to my nose and covers my eyes. How silly! At our next stop we try on shoes. Brownie really loves shoes but I'm not sure I do. I try on a pair of purple cowboy boots. Honestly, I look rather dumb and can't walk in them. Running down the street, the final stop we make is at a cupcake shop. Hmmm, we both really like cupcakes. I bet you like them too! After we finish eating, both of us are kind of sleepy. Letting out BIG yawns, both Brownie and I agree it's time to go home. Shopping is tiring and we both need a nap. We trudge home and snuggle up in a big chair for a little snooze You'll like my story because it has neat pictures and if you are just learning to read, I bet this story is simple enough that you will be able to read it to yourself without much help.
