hen I was born my parents named me Luna so I guess it comes as no surprise that I have always been fascinated by the Moon. Every night I gaze at the Moon from my bedroom window before I fall asleep. The Moon is so quiet and so pretty that it makes me feel calm and peaceful.

ut I began to wonder, where does the Moon go all day? I decided I would try to figure out where it went when the sun came up in the morning. I tried to stay awake so I could discover the Moon's secret hiding place but, unfortunately, I kept falling asleep.

he funny thing was each night I had a dream about where the Moon went. In one dream I followed the Moon down into the ocean in a submarine. The next night I looked for the Moon by riding a hot air balloon high up into the mountains.
T
hen, in a dream, I flew an airplane high up into the sky to see if the Moon was hiding during the day behind big clouds. I had all these weird dreams. But I never really did figure out where the Moon was hiding.

inally, I dreamed I took a rocket ship far out into space and when I found the Moon, I asked, Where do you go in the daytime? And guess what? The Moon answered my question!

f you are three or four, I think you'll like having your mom or dad read you this bedtime story. If you are older, maybe you can read it to yourself.
