ello! My name is Ollie and I'm a zebra. This picture book is about some of the fun things I enjoy doing with my mother. One day I asked my mom, '
Mom, what will we do?
' She replied, '
Let's try something new!
'
S
o off we went on a walk. Along the way we talked, giggled a bit, and saw some really neat stuff. For example, we saw a bush shaped like a duck, some dragonflies, and a stream with orange fish in it. Then we found a whole lot of butterflies flying about, and after that mom and I played hide and seek.
A
s you can imagine, that was a pretty busy afternoon and when we got home mom and I were pretty tired. My mom fixed a special treat for me and then it was time for my bath. When it was time to tuck me in for the evening, my mom gave me a kiss good night and said, '
Sweet dreams, night night
'.
I
really love my mom because we have so much fun together and because she is such a special person. I bet you love your mom, too. If you are three years of age and older, I think you might like to share my story with your mom. This might even be a nice gift to give her for Mother's Day and then you can read my story together.
