hy don't you join us in this rhyming counting book as we bounce from page to page? We are teddy bears and we come in four colors - blue, red, yellow and green. On each page you'll see more of us until there is a total of twelve. Then the real fun begins!

ou'll see how when we choose partners we'll have six sets of two bears each. We'll shift again into groups of three bears, four bears and six bears, but the total you see on the page will still be always twelve colorful bears.

hat's really cool is then we will all hop, skip and jump and you'll see us form a square, a circle, and a triangle. Finally, we will begin to leave the pages and you will get to count how many of us are left when some have to go away. '
One bear of each color won't risk being late. Four bears have to go. That leaves only eight.

his is really a nifty idea. As you watch us play you can review color recognition, basic shapes, adding and subtracting numbers, and mastering simple sets of numbers. If you are toddler I think you'll have fun with this hands-on McGrath Math picture book.
