L
inda Newbery, author of Posy, obviously knows her cats! Linda shares the delight of following one little frolicsome kitten named Posy around in a day full of adventure.
W
hat is Posy like? What does she do all day? Read this book and you'll find out! Posy is a crayon-swiper, a knitting-tangler, a sofa-scratcher, and a board-game wrecker. Sound familiar? Cats can get into so much trouble! But little Posy is also a charming purrer and a cuddle-earner, my favorite side of the feisty feline.
T
he illustrations by Catherine Rayner in
Posy
are charming! This sweet tabby kitten is caught perfectly in watercolor and ink as she searches for ways to make mischief. I love the many stripes and colors that make up Posy's furry little self - I would take that kitten in a heartbeat!
I
t's a wonderful storybook for children from baby and toddler to pre-school age - I believe anyone who shares a love for cats will appreciate
Posy
