Little Quack
picture book, the adorable duckling and his sister Piddle are off on a nature adventure as they explore the wonderful world of color.
W
hile Little Quack loves the blue of the sky, his sister loves the sparkly white sand on the shore of the pond where they live. Yellow buttercups, bright red ladybugs, green moss, tiny black ants and orange butterflies are just some of the colorful things they encounter in their exploration of the area around the pond.
B
ut perhaps best of all, Little Quack loves paddling around the purple lilies in the pond and both ducklings really have fun playing in the oozy brown mud they discover in the shallows.
T
his padded board book featuring the expressive ducklings and the bright, vibrant colors of the featured
discoveries
they make is the perfect way to start preschoolers on color recognition. The rounded edges and thick,
finger friendly
pages make this little book one very young children can handle with ease.
