'Will you marry me?' he asks. Frill doesn't say no. She doesn't say yes. She doesn't say maybe. What she does do is stick out her paw and responds, 'Hello. I'm Frill.' This begins a funny relationship where Tully continues proposing but Frill never quite gives him the answer he wants to hear. Or perhaps, the ardent suitor is not listening to what the object of his affection is saying! After a number of misadventures, the two are finally on the same page and, yes, there are wedding bells on the final page of this picture book for youngsters three to six years of age. A cute tale of courtship and marriage with vibrant, colorful illustrations, Mousie Love will elicit a few giggles from the listener as mom or dad reads this story aloud.
