his begins a funny relationship where Tully continues proposing but Frill never quite gives him the answer he wants to hear. Or perhaps, the ardent suitor is not listening to what the object of his affection is saying!

fter a number of misadventures, the two are finally on the same page and, yes, there are wedding bells on the final page of this picture book for youngsters three to six years of age.
