One morning, 'Her eyes were itchy, her throat was wheezy, and her nose was very, very sneezy.' Louise just knows it's not going to be an easy day - and readers get to experience every disastrous sneeze along with her. First her mom, then her best friend, a fellow ballerina, Grandma, and Daddy all end up saying, 'Geez, Louise. COVER YOUR MOUTH, PLEASE!' As Louise sniffles from one catastrophe to the next, young readers (who may have spring allergies or colds of their own) feel for her, while eagerly anticipating the next amusing crisis. Irene Breznak tells the tale with just the right amount of rhyme and repetition (and just the right ending), while Janet Pedersen's bright and breezy illustrations accentuate the humor.
