It begins (in cursive script rather than block letters, accompanied by simple, child-like drawings): 'Bedtime Bunny is on her way ...to help you say goodbye to the day.' She wants to snuggle up, but reminds young readers of what they have to do first ... wash, brush teeth, put on pyjamas, and pull blanket tight. The reward for all this bedtime effort? Floating 'off to a nice nighty night.' But there's a final reminder, not to forget 'BIG bedtime hugs, and lots of kisses too!'
