Each animal is prodding the other to hurry, hurry, quick, quick, faster, faster! Ultimately, they are hurrying to witness the hatching of a baby chick, who receives a warm welcome from his extended farm family. This sweet book joyously celebrates life and is accompanied by lovely, warm and colorful drawings of barnyard animals. The expressions on the faces of the chick's parents are especially heartwarming.
