Before Mouse showed up, Bear thought the most important thing about Christmas was pickles. He'd agreed to have a Christmas party but this was his first, and he had no presents - he did plan to read 'a long and difficult poem' though (to go with the pickles). Poor little Mouse keeps scampering off, and getting bellowed at by Bear - what's he up to? And has Bear really got Christmas all wrong?
