This interactive book explores the world of trains. The big blue diesel engine is waiting in the train yard ready to roll. Push the on switch for the power, lights and door locks and slide over the power handle and you're on your way down the track. What fun!

The first job is to hook up some freight cars which you have to deliver to the seaport. Now you are on your way and there will be a long bridge to cross plus a tunnel to pass through before you arrive at the port.

When you pull up next to a big ship, a crane will unload the freight and place it in the ship's cargo hold. Now that you are done it is time to return to the freight yard where the Big Blue Engine will spend the night.

With plenty of action parts, this book will take young readers through a day in the life of a freight engine as it goes about hauling cargo. This transportation series also features books about an airplane, tow truck and fire truck. All of them are loads of fun!
